Smith has 20-plus years of experience in business and program development with federal, state and local government agencies and the private sector in areas of information technology, cyber security, software services, facilities management outsourcing and program management. Prior to his being hired by NSG, Smith was Senior Vice President, Federal Business Development for Avineon, Inc.
